• Handle customer accounts independently & quotation documents in a timely manner
• Serves & establish good relationship with existing and new customers
• Organize Marketing and Advertising events
• Handle projects with internal departments, customers, etc
• Monitor the merchandising and production process.
• Conduct market research and analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 2- 3 years experience specially in merchandising roles, Exp in greeting cards / stationery manufacturing industry is preferred
• Detail, good sense of responsibility, and able to communicate well with others
• Good at MS Word, Excel, and Chinese WP
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese Mandarin, able to liaison with overseas clients and factory colleagues
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchandiser
