Responsibilities: 

• Manage local and country Risk and Compliance functions
• Enforce related policies and procedures to comply with local statutory regulations on AML and other payment related compliance issues
• Develop and maintain compliance and risk monitoring programs to ensure effective fraud, business and compliance risk mitigation
• Liaise with merchants, banks and partners on risk and compliance subjects
• Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and related impact, ensure appropriate communication and work with business partners on implementation of necessary changes to policies and procedures
• Assist in ad hoc projects when necessary

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Corporate Governance or Law
• At least 2 to 3 years solid work experience in Banking/ Finance/eCommerce related industry
• Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements especially on KYC and AML policy
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Details-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
• Occasional travels may be required
