Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Manage and supervise local and country Operation and Risk, Service teams, to attain a high quality of service
  • Manage relationship with key merchants, banks and partners on merchant operation and new product partnerships
  • Supervise merchant onboarding, KYC process and merchant sales and activities monitoring
  • Develop and manage Service Management programs on merchant servicing
  • Develop and enforce related policies and procedures especially to compliant with the latest local statutory regulations and payment product operations
  • Support the launch of new projects and products to the merchants and partners and ad-hoc project assignments
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Operation & Service Manager

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Risk Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years solid work experience in Banking/ Finance/eCommerce related industry an advantage
  • Familiar with legal and regulatory requirements especially on KYC and AML policies etc.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and able to work well with all levels
  • Details-oriented, good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Occasional travels may be required
