Y.F. Lam & Co., Solicitors is a boutique law firm specializing in the aspects of commercial and corporate finance. We cordially invite applications for the following positions:-
(1) Associate Solicitors; and
(2) Trainee Solicitor
Requirement:

0-2 years PQE for Associate Solicitor;

Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written);

Experience in listing rules compliance and equity/debt financing preferred but not essential.
