Job Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of company secretarial, regulatory compliance and corporate governance services to group and its’ clients
• Organize and attend meetings of Shareholders, Directors for the group and its’ clients
• Monitor changes in relevant regulations and provide appropriate advice to senior management and the board of directors to ensure corporate governance compliance
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties, including CFO, solicitors and regulatory bodies, etc
• Other job related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder and member of ICSA / HKICS or equivalent;

• Minimum 8 years of Company Secretarial experience in total;

• Minimum 3 years in listed company;
• Independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and good communication skills
