Job Description
Responsibilities
-
Support the Corporate Secretarial team in providing a full range of professional services in respect of statutory compliance duties to client companies
Requirements
-
Degree/Diploma holder of Corporate Secretarial Studies or relevant major

Student member of ICSA with 2 years' relevant experience preferably with CPA/legal firm
-
Able to communicate effectively in English, Chinese & Putonghua
-
Proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing skills
-
Knowledge / Hands-on experience in CSA a definite advantage
