Job Description:

1. Legal risk management and control, identify and manage all kinds of legal risks, reduce the legal risk of the company;
2. Intellectual property system management, overall planning the operation of the intellectual property system, planning the direction of intellectual property development;
3. Listing-related affairs, participate in the relevant affairs related to the listing rules, review the relevant legal documents;
4. The lawsuit dispute handles, provides the plan and suggestions for lawsuit dispute;
5. Legal monthly report, according to the company's development strategy, to provide various legal analysis and reports to the management;
6. Contract management, comprehensive management of company contract affairs, provide standard contract templates, standard process of contract audit and use;
7. Other legal support for the development of companies, such as acquisition, unlisted business and so on;
8. Legal relationship management, develop and maintain the external legal relationship necessary for the development of the company;

 Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in laws;
2. 5-8 years working experience in law (law firm or large corporation);
3. Knowledge of intellectual property and investor relations, listed company secretary qualification is preferred;
4. Familiar with contract, litigation and other legal matters, listing rules;
5. Good at legal risk analysis and control;
6. Good command of English.
