Job Duties:

• Assist to plan and execute sales campaigns for residential projects
• Conduct market researches and analyses of Hong Kong property market
• Assist in preparing sales brochure and advertising material and arranging show flat
• Work closely with property agents, solicitors, contractors and advertiser to ensure smooth launch of sales project
• Handle complaints and follow up construction rectification works
• Handle administrative works and help to prepare sales reports and budget reports
• Assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in Property Developers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
