Major roles:

• Responsible for financial and management report of property development projects in Hong Kong
• Handle daily operations of property development projects including project costing and treasury management
• Prepare rolling cashflow forecast, comprehensive budget and budget variance analysis
• Ensure adequate controls are in place, i.e. policies and procedures
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by management

Requirements :

• Qualified accountant with degree in the relevant areas; at least 5 years’ experience in accounting or audit, experience in property development industry is a definite advantage
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Independent, outgoing, well-organized, detail and result-oriented person;
• Be familiar with the Hong Kong and China accounting and taxation rules & regulations;
• Knowledge of financial, ERP and integrated accounting systems is preferred;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Willing to travel to the PRC or overseas for ad hoc projects.
• Immediate available is preferred
