Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer related services / assistances 
• Provide support to special events and promotions
• Register incoming and outgoing visitors, contractors and staff
• Coordinate with and under supervision of  management staff
• Responsible for regular patrol and prepare patrol reports
• Prepare for general safety and hygiene condition reports
• Crowd control for incidents or emergencies
• Perform ad hoc tasks when required

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 1 - 2 years’ experience in customer services or security work in commercial complexes / shopping mall / residential property or related industry
• Holder of Security Personnel Permit and QAS Certificate is required for the position of Customer Service Assistant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and cheerful character
• Shift work is required
• Working Location: Wan Chai, Kowloon Bay, Tsuen Wan, Happy Valley
