Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Administration Manager to support daily sales operation, sales target monitoring, clerical administration, manpower planning and budget and costing control.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and communicating with the ASEAN sales team
• Responsible for planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the company's operations in the ASEAN region 
• Develop sales strategies and manage daily activities
• Review and negotiate with contractors on all property maintenance contracts
• Liaise with internal departments: coordinate & follow up progress of projects, proposals, approvals, reports, customer complaints & legal cases.
• Review authorization / internal control systems, policies & procedures.
• Assist in compiling quarterly results / board meeting papers.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or 4 years' relevant experience in property sales related administration.
• To conduct feasibility studies, valuation, market research and analysis data.
• Keen in prepare and manage legal documents.
• Excellent relationship management, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem solving skills, analytical power and opened mind.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, planning and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skill.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Business travel is required.
