Job Description
Requirements:
- Diploma holder in any discipline
- 3-5 years of residential and commercial experience with a strong market sense and proactive attitude to enhance portfolio value
- Holder of Estate agent license is an advantage
- Must be creative to explore new marketing channels
- Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage
- Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel and Power point
Those with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
