Responsibilities:

• Working on-site for sales & leasing activities and handle enquiries from tenants
• Liaising with tenants for renewal contract, term negotiations and other leasing documents
• Providing sales & leasing administration support including preparation of tenancy agreement, rent chasing, property handover and repossession
• Supporting marketing research, preparing analysis report and maintaining tenant’s database
• Coordinating with property management team
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Degree Holder of real estate or related disciplines
• Familiar with property and tenancy legislation and related knowledge
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in commercial leasing position with property developers or property agencies in Hong Kong
• Familiar with the marketing of Kowloon East district is an advantage
• Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• EAA License holder is an advantage
