• Post-secondary or above.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in property related businesses. Experience from property management company and have building management experience will be give preference.
• Responsible for implementing lease renewal, assigned new letting tasks, tenant liaison & provision of quality tenant services, leasing documentations, takeover/handover of premises, repair and maintenance, tenancy administration, building management and ad hoc duties.
• Positive, self-motivated as well as strong communication skill.
• Proficiency in computer MS Office operation including Chinese Word Processing.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
