- Responsible for administration tasks in property management office including memos, reports and tendering documents

- Handle inquiries and complaints; build up and maintain good relationships with clients

- Handle ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Property Management or related subjects

- At least 2 years or above relevant working experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Customer-oriented with positive working attitude and a good team player

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

- Proficient in computer skills

- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Property Assistant
