Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Assist Leasing & Property Management team in document flow and management
• Work and communicate closely with both internal and external departments
• Check and ensure all terms and conditions of property management agreements matches with company standard
• Degree holder in Real Estate/Property Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 1-2 years’ of experiences in leasing or property management field
• Experiences in PRC is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (MS Word & Excel) and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, independent, self-motivated, detail- minded, hardworking & able to work under pressure
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Property Officer.
