Requirements:

l Holder of Degree / Diploma in property management or related disciplines

l Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in property management

l Self-motivated, service-oriented and strong sense of responsibility

l Mature, able to work independently and under pressure

l Good communication and interpersonal skills

l Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English

l Familiar with PC software, MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing

Responsibilities:

l To assist in day-to-day operations, liaison, administration and handling documents

l To build up and maintain good relationships with clients

l To handle enquiries, emergency incidents and complaints from tenants/owners

l To monitor the performance of on-site staff and contractors
