Responsibilities:

• Basic artwork editing and checking
• Answer enquiry by phone, email or walk-in
• Facilitate the pick-up service for client
• Closely monitor store revenue to ensure monthly sales targets are attained

Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• 3 years of experience in customer service / retail is preferred but not a must
• Proficiency in MAC and/or PC, knowledge of design software is an advantage
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skill
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
• Immediately available is highly preferred

• 中五或以上程度

• 具良好溝通技巧，積極主動，有責任心
• 懂得一般電腦操作，有經驗使用設計軟件優先
• 能操流利廣東話，略懂普通話及英語更佳
