Job Description

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as after sales specialist providing the best customer experience for after sales services meeting customer expectations
  • Manage the complete repair process for both customer products and company stocks to provide the best resolutions and lead time according to company policy for each service request in a multi-product category environment through ticket management, shipment handling, inventory accuracy management
  • Being in-charge and work very closely with stores, repair centers, logistics and warehouse to ensure the most efficient process flow
  • Manage spare part order and inventory to ensure effective supply for repair needs
  • Provide product care to maintain and restore the highest quality of stock merchandise
  • Maintain and provide prompt feedback to related service orders in after sales systems to meet company’s expectation and SLAs
  • Liaise with stores, vendors, headquarters, departments and different parties to investigate and resolve of incoming / escalated customer service requests, complaints related to product quality, after-sales, customer service in order to attain highest customer satisfaction
  • Prepare reports for management review regularly
  • Assist ad hoc projects and assignments

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2years of working experience in customer service or after sales, preferably in luxury, hospitality and/or service industry
  • Customer oriented with effective communication skills and interest in After Sales Service
  • Strong problem solving skills and able to work under pressure and independently
  • Flexible and competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Attentive to details and excellent team player with pleasant personality
  • Proficiency in speaking and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese Word processing
