Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily clerical support to Sales Team
- Responsible for quotation, samples and order follow up
- Communicate with vendors and customers for sample and order delivery schedule
- Handle enquires from customers
- Provide after-sales service to customers
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- 1-2 years clerical working experience is preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Responsible, good working attitude and good communication skill
