Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional services to clients
  • Handle customer enquiries and service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Refer to clients’ investment needs and provide relevant product information and service
  • Ensure client’s information and accounts are updated, documented and filed in accordance to internal guidelines, applicable rules and laws
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities
  • Prepare reports for management review
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for smooth services delivery 

Job Requirements

  • F.5 & above
  • 2 years relevant experiences, prior working experience in financial institutions is preferred but not a must
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese is a must. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
  • A good team player with excellent interpersonal skill and proactive attitude. Detail-minded, well-organized with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Immediately availability preferred
