Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Audit planning and service scheduling with clients.
• Certification & training back-office operation.
• Other ad hoc administrative affairs when needed.
Requirements:
• Diploma or higher.
• 1 years’ or more working experience.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Fluent written and oral English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. (important)
• Proficiency in MS Work & Excel.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Mature, patient, and able to work independently under pressure.
