Job Description

Responsibilities 職責:
Handle phone inquiries from customer such as maintenance service, order status, billing checking
接聽電話，解答客戶有關技術故障，賬單及服務搬遷等查詢，處理投訴

Requirements 入職要求:
Diploma or above with 1 year customer services experience / Higher Diploma or above with no working experience will be consider
HKCEE / DSE程度以上及一年客戶服務經驗 / 如高級文憑學歷以上則無需經驗
Good spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin is preferable
一般英文及普通話
