Responsibilities

• Manage logistics customer accounts

• Handle customer’s inbound and outbound orders (import, export, warehousing and delivery)

• Follow up customer’s inquiries and complaints

• Coordinate with different departments for daily activities

• Prepare billing information in timely manner

• Prepare report(s) for per individual customer’s requirement

   

Requirements

• Holder of HKDSE / HKCEE or equivalent

• 1-2 year relevant working experience is preferred. Working experience in contract logistics field with warehousing service experience is advantage

• Experience in Cross Border Trucking

• Computer proficiency in word processing, data processing and e-mail software. Experience of using WMS is advantage

• Independent, have strong sense of responsibility, trustworthy

• Good communication skill and able to work under pressure

• Good inter-personal skills and able to perform in a teamwork environment

• Good in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Working Location: Kwai Chung
