Responsibilities:

• Explore and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and maximize business opportunities;
• Prepare and execute sales plans;
• Manage team development and maintain a positive and aggressive team culture;
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales target and maintain the service standard;
• Recommend product and service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales volume;
• Work closely with marketing team for promotions and campaigns;
• Coordinate with various departments to compliance with policies and procedures;

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Business related discipline;
• At least 5 years sales experience in service industry with 3 years supervising experience;
• Good communication, problem solving skill and able to work independently under pressure;
• Mature, proactive, reliable, result-oriented and good team player;
• Well-organized and detail-minded;
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
