Job Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of shipping documents, invoices, banking documents
• Handle full set of I/E shipment / China Delivery / Ocean shipping documents
• Coordinate with factories/forwarder/customers in shipping schedule
• Follow up quotation, sales order & delivery schedule
• Provide supports and assistance to Sales Team
• L/C & D/P Negotiation, TTR & Open A/C payment
• Answer general e-mail and phone enquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc assignment
• Perform data entry and SAP Input
• Document filing.

 Job Requirements:  

• Form 5 or above.
• Experience in paper trading is a definite advantage.
• At least 2 years relevant experience.
• Have a strong cost control, inventory management and analytical skills.
• Reasonable interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, proactive, responsible & willing to learn
• Familiar with MS office, Chinese typing, SAP 
• Good knowledge of shipping document and I/E procedures
• Good communication with Hong Kong and China forwarders.
• Reasonable command in spoken and written Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
