Job Description
Responsibility
Perform timely order processing by liaising with customers including order entry, delivery follow up, goods return etc..
Identify potential supply-chain issues and resolutions with effective communication to the customer
Provide sales administrative support to the business team
Prepare daily/monthly sales reports
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 1-2 years sales coordinator experience is preferred
- 2 years or above Logistics / warehouse experience is preferred
- Well-organized, independent, self-motivated and good communication skill
- Immediate availability is highly preferable
- Fluent Mandarin with good communication skill is a MUST
- Experience in China Import & Export Declaration is an advantage
- Computer Literate, especially Chinese Word Processing, and Excel
- Independent, able to work under pressure
