Position Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone/email inquiry
• Provide correspondence with service providers
• Maintain customer log in relative systems

Education & Experience

• Diploma qualification or above
• Excellent teamwork, time management and communication skills
• Pleasant, stable, independent and have strong sense of responsibility and urgency
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Willing to perform shift duties (exclude overnight shift)
• Candidate with more experience will be consider as senior level
