FringeBacker Events is now recruiting an International Business Development - Assistant Manager to join our market leader team in providing online services at one the world’s top online activities and events companies in the cloud. We provide digital services for e-commerce, event management, ticketing sales, and major sports events.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement sales opportunities with targeted potential clients to offer online event management, ticketing and registration services for major sports events, expos and trade shows
• Responsible for sales and marketing development, implementation of the company’s sales and marketing strategies
• Generate new and repeat business, in a direct, dynamic and professional manner
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high customer and end-user experience
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business goals

 Skills & Requirements

• Degree holder
• Outgoing, highly motivated, independent and results-oriented
• First-class interpersonal and communication skills
• Business acumen to lead discussions with clients
• Excellent spoken and written English and (preferably also) Chinese
• Robust network of contacts would be a plus
• History of over-performance in previous sales or business development or merchandising roles
