Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain key Japanese client relationships for our recruitment business 
• Responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process from job brief, sourcing and assessing right candidates
• Maintain the relationship with existing clients to build an overall rapport for extensive business relations
• To provide professional advice and guidance to both clients and candidates on market trends

Job Requirements 

• Degree holder or above
• Outstanding customer service and networking skills 
• Excellent communication and presentation skills 
• Self-motivated and a good team player 
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, 
• Japanese language skill will be an advantage
