Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform sales order processing & prepare shipping documents
- Coordinate with warehouse and internal departments for logistics arrangement
- Provide general clerical support such as data-entry, document filing and assist in preparing reports
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, university graduate is preferred
- 1 year or above experience in Customer Service/ Logistics industry will be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, hard-working, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferable
