Job Description
Responsibilities:

Perform full spectrum of end to end recruitment process;
-
Manage digital recruitment process;
-
Handle on boarding procedure;
-
Liaise with the external recruiting agencies in the recruiting process;

Prepare HR related reports;
-
Prepare reports for market intelligence, such as competitors compensation package and benefit;

Maintain employee database, monitor probation confirmation and update employee’s personal files;
-
Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related discipline

Minimum 6 years relevant work experience

Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations

Possess of good interpersonal and organizational skill
-
A good team player
-
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

Immediately available is highly preferable

Less experience will be considerated as Human Resources Executive
