A 3rd party Logistics company located in Kwai Chung is now looking for high caliber candidate to apply for the following position: 

*Requirements:  

- Degree in Transportation, Logistics or Shipping related discipline

- 8 years’ solid experience in customer support / key account management in freight forwarder or logistics

- Familiar with Asia, Europe and South America’s market (Ocean 80% + Air 20%)

- Possess core competences including leadership, managing change, target and result focus, and team steering

- Fluent spoken and written in English, Cantonese & Putonghua

- Immediately available 

*Key Responsibilities: 

- Understand customers’ need and provide solutions accordingly for Key Customer’s Accounts

- Maintain service quality by continuously improve working outputs

- Work closely with Sales & Operations Team to ensure customer’s requirements are fulfilled

- Actively participate in existing / new projects / business developments in all aspects

- Regular review meetings with both internal and external customers

- Lead the Customer Service Team (8 members), professionally interacts with customers, building strong relationships across various levels

- Perform any special duties or projects assigned by the management timely, efficiently and effectively 

- Salary: 38-40K

- Benefit: 5 days work, 13 months, bank holiday, 14 days annual leave, medical (including spouse & dependent) & MPF
