Responsibilities:

• Act as our service representative to handle all customer inquiries, including calls, email and online live chat 
• Deliver quality customer service , follow up and handle inquiries or complaints with good communication skill, friendly and polite manner
• Liaise with internal departments to solve customer problems and request
• Shift duty from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. is required         

Requirements:

• From F5 or above graduate with good knowledge in computer, accurate Chinese typing,
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese, including Mandarin
• Good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills
• Availability is highly preferred
