Job Description
Sales Manager required with experience in:
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
Managing recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong , long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
REQUIREMENTS:
Great local and regional network an advantage
8 years working experience in construction industry with good knowledge in falsework and formwork sector
Good customer relationship with major contractor
Good sense in current market of industry
Candidate with more experience may consider for senior sales manager
