Job Description

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Customer Service Coordinator, in a young, vibrant and international working environment.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • The role is base in Hong Kong to overlook the Singapore branch reporting to the Export Sales Manager who will be based in Singapore.
  • Organizing and managing the customer database for the Asia Pacific region;
  • Inserting, managing and monitoring orders & delivery process; supporting Sales Managers to ensure that commercial policies and sales agreements are respected;
  • Managing the whole logistic process flow, as interface with HQ Planning and Logistics and Customer Service itself;
  • Providing service and assistance to the assigned customers for any issues related to the commercial and after-sales flow, accounting included;
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams in daily activities, such as reports generation, data analysis, POP orders, etc.;
  • Assisting in sales events and actively supporting the commercial session, in HK and overseas if required;
  • Manage sample set orders of our Singapore branch, as well as in the showroom;

 

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of previous full time working experience in international Customer Service teams of a multinational company, active in highly competitive, brand sensitive, service-oriented market;
  • Work experience in the field of fashion/luxury goods is an advantage;
  • Structured approach to business and sales, well organized and with proven track record of CRM within a consumer-focused environment;
  • Related qualification in the commercial field;
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Proficient computer skills (Office especially Excel, SAP knowledge is a MUST);
  • Strong communications, positive thinking, ability to listen, recognized team player;
  • Capable of working independently and under stress; ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
