Our Client is the Global Leader in Cross-Border. To cope with their business expansion, they are now looking for < Head of Relationship Management > to join their team in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Oversee and direct day-to-day activity and execution metrics necessary for achievement of KPIs and revenue targets;
• Leadership of the team both by example and by driving strategic direction and focus;
• Develop strategies and tactics to ensure revenue growth and retention of customers leveraging both solutions products and other departments;
• Manage credit and foreign exchange risk effectively across the entire portfolio.;
• Handle client requests and instructions directly, including trade processing and inquiries on operational issues;
• Project involvement and collaboration with internal departments to plan and facilitate the execution of the business goals and revenue targets;
• Manage operational risk and observe the relevant policies, guidelines and compliance requirements are upheld at all times.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 8 years' corporate dealing experience in financial services industry;
• Minimum 4 years proven experience in leading a team, involving coaching, developing & mentoring;
• Profound FX and derivative products knowledge;
• Able to demonstrate an ability to analyse data to identify opportunity, create and execute a strategy;
• Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese.
