Job Description
Job Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries via hotline and social media platforms in a quality manner

Follow up customer feedback about product trial

Prepare monthly CRM report

Provide support to internal parties
Job Requirements :

F5 graduate or above
-
At least 2 years working experiences in customer service, experience in FMCG or IMF product will be a plus
-
Pleasant manner with good communication and customer service skill is required

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Immediate available is highly preferred
