Reporting to the Operation Director of the subsidiary, your responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

Job Responsibilities: 

From an industrial and logistics perspective, manage demand regarding a catalogue of products by ensuring a balance between the demand from franchises and territories, and the resources that can be used.

• Manage the Demand Review. Check the coherence of the short-term forecasts and, with the territory's General Manager to prepare long-term forecasts: interpretation of the Medium-Term Plan's assumptions, reorientation of forecasts in line with the General Manager’s comment in order to create a standard scenario 
• In charge of the procurement plan including data collection, sales forecast validation, procurement plan elaboration
• Be the focal point of contact in stock level management, collaborate with the key stakeholders, local & corporate, internally and externally, to build flow forecast, transit management, and to optimize delivery
• Supply Management, Catalogue Management with Headquarter
• Master data maintenance for products’ change management, barcodes generation, labelling and stickers
• Consolidate the forecasts by franchise and create alternative scenarios that include the business' risks and opportunities, and corresponding action plans
• Develop & prepare KPI & statistical reports for management review and in accordance with group policies

Job Requirements  

• University graduate preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience
• 5 – 8 years of planning experiences (forecasts, production, distribution) developed in Retail, FMCG or Health & Beauty business environment and aware of the life cycle of health care products
• Rigor, well organized and analytical mind
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in ERP tool (eg. AX Dynamix) and modelling tool (eg.Futurmaster)
• Good command of English, Chinese (Cantonese), French is a plus
• Candidates with better experiences will be considered as Assistant Supply Chain Manager
