RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work closely with Senior Management and the client directly to understand overall business objectives and strategies and how each interactive training project fits into their overall business strategy;
• Attend client workshops/training and other discovery sessions to develop business requirements for projects. Communicate those requirements to the delivery team and ensure that solutions meet those requirements;
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training programs;
• To keep up with new innovation and trends;
• To consulting coworkers on collaboration and knowledge sharing aspects;
• To reach out for subject matter experts to solve internal coworkers’ needs towards access to business relevant information;
• To support the maintenance of the Company’s records management framework;
• Explore and develop new business opportunities;
• Perform others ad-hoc project as assigned.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• University graduates with minimum 3 years working experience in marketing or equivalent experience;
• Strong passion in training, self-motivated, organizational and presentable ;
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Putonghua;
• Able to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sales and Marketing Manager.
