Job Description

崗位職責:
1、具備豐富的市場拓展能力,開拓新客戶渠道,尋找潛在客戶,維護客戶資源,有較強的溝通能力,協助完成銷售目標;
2、熱愛金融類市場渠道拓展工作,善於負責金融類機構渠道客戶的開發和維護;
3、完成本部門的業績指標,配合團隊達成業績目標;
4、享受公司制定的完備晉升待遇,晉升高一級職位後,負責管理和指導部門的人員,根據團隊業績享受輔導津貼和晉升津貼。
 
崗位要求:
1、具有良好的溝通協調能力,敏銳的市場洞察力,思維敏捷、嚴謹,工作踏實認真,有敬業精神,有較強的團隊合作意識,和團隊創新精神。
2、誠實守信,有強烈的責任心和良好的職業道德操守,有銀行從業、證券從業相關資格證者優先。
3、具有良好的溝通能力、和人際交往能力和團隊合作精神。
4、對金融類工作熱愛專注,有金融理財公司等相關人際關係者優先。
5、有一定優質客戶資源者、成熟團隊優先,有相關金融保險渠道者優先。
