Responsibilities: 

• Handle full set of I/E shipping document and other related documents, such as L/C, PO, quotation and etc.
• Perform coordination work between vendor and customers. Such as orders and delivery arrangement, AR & AP issues, price control and etc.
• Cost analysis and negotiation with Japanese vendors.
• Around 1~2 times daily trip to Shenzhen office per week.

 Requirements:  

• Diploma or above
• Over 2 years’ experience in shipping or sales coordination role
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, aggressive, well-organized and responsible
• Good team player with strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel)
