The Assistant Tender Executive provides support to the Tender Management and Sales Team by qualifying and analyzing pricing from our databases as well as global subsidiaries for our account targets to assist with the achievement of sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare rates and organize company information for Global & Key Account Customers RFI and RFP’s request for worldwide pricing for all transportation product lines
• Coordinate bid submission and analyze data from overseas offices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pricing strategy and internal support
• Maintain and update pricing database
• Maintain and update internal intranet with frequently asked questions obtained within a customer’s RFI
• Provide pricing analysis

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in related disciplines
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience or industry experience
• Customer relationship management experience is an added advantage
• Highly energetic, assertive, positive, confident with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced team environment to achieve results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, self-motivated and independent

• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure

• Fluent in both oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
