Our Client is World's Leading Digital Marketing Agency that help the brands to increase the revenue through Digital Technology Solutions, they are now seeking for < Business Development Director > to join their fast-growing team in Shanghai.

Job Description:

• Develop territory plan in coordination with International Sales Director to map target customers aligned to business focuses;
• Build an effective pipeline of opportunities to meet target quota booking numbers;
• Create effective account plans to open and maximize new business opportunities;
• Manage sales opportunities across an extensive geography and multiple industries maintaining necessary data records in Salesforce;
• Drive team accountability with internal communications and client expectations. Ensure the direction, operations & finances of projects are organized, efficient & completed in a timely manner;
• Work with Product Management on product features that need enhancement or new features or products that clients require to achieve their goal;
• Identify tactical client engagements to the Strategic Services Group for customer lifecycle marketing program development;
• Work with local industry groups to represent products and business interests.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
• Solid experience coupled with a demonstrable track record in a comparable position, selling marketing technology solutions and services
• Successful track record in new business development, with strong, demonstrable sales skills in solution selling (i.e. SPIN Selling)
• Excellent presentation, sales, negotiation skills & technical aptitude skills
• Knowledge of the Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing Industry in China
• Frequent Travel Required
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
