Responsibilities

•   Prospecting, identifying and acquiring new clients or media agency for selling different package of digital advertising solutions
•   Maintain good relationships with clients, regular review and up-selling various advertising solutions to enhance their advertising performance/effect
•   Coordinate and execute all details of ad campaign setup, testing and launch (e.g., configuration, creative upload, etc.)
•   Closely monitor & analyze campaign metrics and client KPIs Identify and inform stakeholders of opportunities and obstacles and help drive action
•   To work closely with operation and design team for preparing and delivering campaigns, close the deal & follow-up service of clients' accounts
•   Communicate & document campaign optimisation decisions and rationale to key internal stakeholders
•   Participate & lead in campaign debriefs, weekly client success meetings, and quarterly business reviews with account managers and our technical team of data analysts
•   Design & produce client reports

Requirements

•   Bachelor in Business / information system related high diploma or above is preferred
•   Good relationship with premium brand advertisers and leading 4As is essential but not necessary
•   Minimum 2 year of advertising sales experience, particularly in online or digital media is preferable but not necessary
•   Candidates with higher qualification will be considered as senior sales executive/manager
•   Target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure
•   Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese
•   Immediate availability is preferred
