• Formulate and execute sales and distribution strategies to ensure achievement of major parameters in the annual sales plan 
• Conduct annual budget exercise to ensure a full understanding of company directions and prepare the own planning for assigned channel / customers 
• Monitor channel / corporate account profitability and trade spend against budget guideline for Company benefits; ensure orders are delivered at agreed terms 
• Handle all tenders for business development and identify business and channel opportunities proactively 
• Bridge regular contact with customers and negotiate contract terms professionally 
• Conduct business plan, reviews activities and negotiate contract terms to strengthen performance and maximized sales opportunities 
• Provide strategies for the team, monitor team performance and guidance for improvement for achieve the sales target 
• Communicate and work with all related departments to ensure work efficiency
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or other related disciplines
•  At least 5 years of relevant experiences in Field Sales / Corporate Account & Tender management in consumer goods industry
•  Good knowledge of general retail market and institutional customers
•  Good analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills
• A team player, able to work under pressure
• Valid private car driving license is preferred
