Job Summary

Reporting directly to senior management, the Sales Associate’s responsibilities include selling and servicing new and existing accounts, creating new ideas to increase sales and performing basic office functions as needed.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Identify decision makers amongst targeted leads in order to start sales process
• Act proactively to create opportunities for new business with existing customers
• Maintain and expand database of prospects of the organization
• Emphasize service or product features and benefits, discussing credit terms, quoting prices, and preparing sales order reports or forms
• Handle cancellations or changes in sales order and communicate the changes with related departments
• Build relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese
• Excellent telephone communication skills
• Detail oriented and organized
• Highly motivated with a desire to be successful and high standard of accountability
• Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office and Outlook

Education and Formal Training:

• University degree
