Responsibilities:

• Supervise the warehouse team to ensure the daily operation running properly and meet KPI (Productivity and Stocktake accuracy)
• Manage roster for warehouse staff
• Provide necessary training to warehouse staff
• Timely review operation workflow and regular update warehouse SOP, to enhance operation efficiency and accuracy
• Ensure safety and good hygiene in warehouse, to be compliance with Occupational Safety and Laws
• Provide regular operation reports
• Assist in ad-hoc activity as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, preferable in logistics/warehouse management or relevant discipline
• At least 8 years in warehouse operations with 3 years in supervisory level
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Teamwork oriented and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel
• Experienced in WMS is a must
• Retails experience and immediately available are preferred
• 5.5-day work per week in Kwai Hing
