Responsibilities:

1. Manage export shipments in a timely manner and handle full set of shipping documents
2. Arrange shipment with different logistics services providers, responsible to handle both internal and external customers’ enquires
3. Work closely with cross-functional team to ensure efficient and effective execution
4. Order management & inventory management; prepare regular & ad-hoc reports
5. Responsible for export custom declarations in Trade link and export license application
6. Perform clerical tasks

Requirements:

1. Diploma or above
2. 1-2 years solid working experience in logistics industry, with cross-border ecommerce operation experience is a plus
3. Good knowledge of using MS Office (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
4. Fluent in spoken and written in Mandarin, good command of spoken and written in English
5. Experience in using AS400 system is preferred
6. With sense of urgency and able to work independently
