Responsibilities: 

• Bachelor degree in logistic management or related discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in logistics/inventory/purchasing/shipping
• Familiar with Trade link, HK & China import & export procedures
• Strong networking, excellent interpersonal skills and time management
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good planning, analysis and presentation skills
• Strong command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-organized, attention to details and strong sense of responsibilities
• Strong negotiating skills and follow up capabilities
• Self-motivated, self-initiated, flexible, able to work independently.
• Travel to China/Overseas is necessary.

Requirements: 

• Responsible for Import & Export Dept. including Purchasing, Warehouse and Shipping Management
• Manage the logistic flow of the products in/out warehouse
• Prepare the reports for the inventory
• Coordinate & Handle daily delivery / logistic on inbound, outbound shipments
• Assist in implementation and maintenance of the procurement system
• Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely placement of purchase orders and on-time delivery
• To monitor incoming material quality and control on inventory
• To lead the team in solving supply issues to meet customer requirements
• Handle full set of Import & Export & L/C documents, Customs declaration, Tradelink declaration etc. independently
• Conduct required analysis and reports for handling marine transport insurance and claims
• Work closely with internal Finance, Sales & Marketing and Operations departments to ensure smooth daily operation
• Ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
